iPhone (iOS 7)

Setting up email to work with our service over wireless and wifi can take some time. Please allow the device to finish "Verifying" as this can take several minutes.

Go into Settings and tap "Mail, Contacts, Calendars".

Tap "Add Account".

Tap "Other".

Tap "Add Mail Account".

Fill in your Name, Email, Password, and give this account a useful description. Tap "Next" when you're done.

Choose "IMAP" instead of "POP3" and then scroll down to fill out both "Incoming" and "Outgoing" mail servers. Note: both username and password fields should be filled out with your username (full email address) and password.

Your iPhone will then test the connection showing a "Verifying" message. When it fails, this message will pop up. Select "Yes". It will verify again but this time it will succeed if there are no errors entered for the Incoming and Outgoing Mail Servers.

Make sure "Mail" is toggled to the ON position (Green for iOS7) and tap "Save". You can now send and receive mail by using the built in Mail app.
