T-1 Bandwidth
T-1 Internet bandwidth utilizes unused channels of the TDM Connectivity Platform. A T-1 has 24 channels, 6 phone lines uses 6 channels and the remaining 18 channels can be used for data. 18 channels x 64 kilobits per channel equals 1.152 megabits of bandwidth in each direction.
Unlimited LOS throughout 985/504 for the Southeast Louisiana region.
Unlimited LOS covers Slidell to Patterson, Port Fourchon to Hammond and the New Orleans/Kenner/Metairie/Chalmette area.

Hunting (Rollover)
The Super Phone Deal includes rollover in the event that a line is busy. The first five lines are grouped together so that line 1 hunts to line 2 and line 2 hunts to line 3, etc. This is limited to 4 hunts. Additional hunts are $7.70 each with a 3 year contract.
600 free minutes Long Distance
$.05 per minute Long Distance thereafter. There are no Minimums and no Monthly Fees.
Savings increase with higher usage:
> 5,000 minutes = $.04
> 25,000 minutes = $.035
> 50,000 minutes = $.03
> 100,000 minutes = $.025
Symmetrical Internet Bandwidth
Burstable T-1 Bandwidth is provided in the Super Phone Deal with a Service Level Agreement (SLA) of 128kilobits per second on the BaSIX package.
Analog and/or VoIP
VoIP lines require an analog telephone adapter or a compatible VoIP telephone. Optional Long Distance plans are available. Unrestricted IP to IP calls.
Voice Mail as low as $3.50 per mail box
Voice Mail message storage of up to 99 messages.
* $300 is the typical price for installations within 5,000 ft. of the local phone company wire center. The distance is calculated by following the streets and roads the physical signal travels from the wire center to your location. Price and performance will vary if you are located beyond this distance.
