About our Channel Partners System
What is a Channel Partner?
A Channel Partner is a third party who earns commission from AccessCom by selling AccessCom's services.
What are my responsibilities as a Channel Partner?
There are three different types of Channel Partners.

General Terms and Conditions
Commission is paid on all recurring commissionable volume (not on taxes and regulatory fees).
Payment of commission occurs at Quarterly Channel Summits. The Channel Partner does not have to be present at Channel Summit events to receive commissions and unclaimed commission checks are then mailed to the Channel Partner.
Special Checks for Promotional Offers or Bonus Sales Pools will only be awarded at Summit meetings. Recipients who are not present will forfeit these special awards and the proceeds will be used to fund future programs. The Company shall notify the recipient that they will be the recipient of an award. The amount will not be disclosed until presented at the Summit Meeting.
Bonus Pools are derived from an override on all commissionable volume in a given Quarter.
Qualifying sales have a recurring monthly sales volume of at least $299 (e.g. Super Phone Deal.) All other sales are considered for total dollar volume, but only sales in excess of $299 shall count for requirements of ProForma Track Sales and/or Bonus Pools or Contests (unless contest or promotion specifically addresses non qualifying sales.)
The Summit
AccessCom conducts quarterly meetings with its Channel partners and sales force in order to update partners on the current events of the company as well as to train partners on various technologies being deployed by AccessCom. The Summit also serves as a time to get to know channel partners and serves as a "high-tech" networking environment for the Channel Partners. Channel Partners are to be invited to participate in various aspects of the event by participating in panel discussions about items of interest to the technology community and to present information about their business and/or experience to the attendees.
